Sponsorship Opportunities Available for Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation's FOCUS Summit
Wednesday, January 8, 2014 6:50 AM

The Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation is gearing up for its Feb. 6-7 FOCUS Summit at the Doubletree Hotel Galleria in Dallas. Foundation Executive Director Courtney Moran says it is because of sponsors like Friends of Consumer Freedom and Credit Union Resources they are able to secure top-notch presenters like highly acclaimed author Jean Chatzky, and industry leaders like Laura Ewing from the Texas Council on Economic Education and Susan Sharkey of the National Endowment for Financial Education.  Additionally, thanks to FivePoint CU and Tarrant County CU's sponsorship, the Foundation was able to secure The Disclosures, musicians with a mission, for a "Power of Song" presentation.

“We simply could not put on a program of this caliber without the support of sponsors,” notes Moran. “I’m confident that the knowledge, tools and information attendees gain from the summit will empower them to do great things in their respective communities.”

This two-day program is an opportunity for financial education advocates to network, share best practices, learn about available resources, as well as explore proven techniques and strategies for deploying financial education into their local schools and communities.

Sponsorship opportunities are available, including:

  • Contributing Sponsor, $1,000
  • Educational Sponsor, $2,500
  • FOCUS Sponsor, $5,000
  • Presenting Sponsor, $10,000
