Opening up the conference sessions is your keynoter, Mark Sievewright from Fiserve. In his talk, "Credit Unions: Staying Relevant, Becoming Prevalent," Sievewright takes an in-depth look at the transformation underway in the U.S. financial services industry—it's one that will have a dramatic effect on how credit unions do business, how they strategize about their futures, and how they collaborate around products, services, and information.

During his presentation, Sievewright will highlight the changes, their implications for credit union lenders, and the strategies it will take to remain relevant and become prevalent.

Mark SievewrightAs president of Credit Union Solutions at Fiserv, Sievewright leads teams and solutions that process data and information for one-third of U.S. credit unions and a growing number of international clients. He directs the innovation, development, and distribution of value-added financial industry products and services ranging from wire processing to online account opening to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony systems.

Within the credit union movement, Sievewright has worked closely with numerous credit unions, state leagues, and associations as well as national and international associations such as CUNA and the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU). In 2010, Sievewright earned the Ambassador Award by WOCCU for his many years of service to credit unions.
