Small CUs! Get Essential CECL Training with Cornerstone
Wednesday, July 18, 2018 6:40 AM

Don’t be caught off-guard! The new, required changes for CECL implementation will demand more from you than a few simple tweaks and a few months' prep time. Join Cornerstone for "CECL Training for Small CUs."

Note, registration deadline is Aug. 3.

That's right. Big changes are coming soon to the way credit unions calculate Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses (ALLL) under the new Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) rules proposed by the Financial Accounting Standards Board. In fact, according to American Bankers, CECL represents "the biggest change to bank accounting ever," and the new changes will affect credit unions of all sizes.

So what's the best plan of action? This specialized training will help you understand the fundamental steps your credit union will need to take to ensure you're fully prepared for CECL implementation.
