We all want to grow loans. Making loans are fun, rewarding, and can be easy. We just want more of them and to be effective with our lending programs! Effective lending involves Risk, Rate, and Reward. Together, we will discuss our unique hunger for risk, how to use rates effectively (and NO not promoting rates – let’s promote payment), and Reward for both the member and the CU – all while keeping the process of making loans fun, rewarding, and easy. When the 3 R’s come together, we create Win-Win-Win V8!
