Security Service Charitable Foundation recently donated $5,000 to the Multiple Sclerosis Society to provide meaningful financial assistance to individuals living with MS.

"The MS Society's financial assistance program is designed to help people maintain or enhance their independence, safety, health, and quality of life," said Brandy Ralston-Lint, vice president of public relations for Security Service. "We are honored to be a part of this worthwhile effort."

In 2 014, the MS Society helped 382 individuals with critical needs such as medical equipment and home modifications through the direct financial assistance program.

"Through leveraging existing community resources, fundraising, and receiving grant support from organizations like Security Service, we are able to work with each individual on a case-by-case basis to understand how we can make the most positive impact in finding solutions to the daily challenges of living with MS," said Elaine Liserio, MSCIR, MSSMC, vice president of programs and services for the MS Society.
