Michael PenaMichael Peña is a training specialist on the payments education team at ePayResources. He is an active staff member for ePayResources exclusive Payments Answerline™ where he assists members in resolving their payments-related questions and provides support for membership needs and information regarding the various products and services available.

Prior to joining ePayResources Payments Education Team, Peña worked with several financial institutions in a variety of positions, including retail banking, wire transfer, deposit operations, card services, and treasury/cash management.
