Register Now for Compliance Management Audio Conference
Friday, May 31, 2013 6:10 AM

Compliance is all about resources. Resources involve time, money, and of course the laws, regulations, rule makings, guidance and other statutory and regulatory issuances with which credit unions must comply. For many credit unions, this task of compliance -- in addition to handling members, approving loans, record keeping and other parts of your "day job" -- can be overwhelming.

Don’t miss TCUL Compliance Council’s Compliance Management Audio Conference on Tuesday, June 11 from 10-11:30 a.m. CST. This session is designed to provide participants with information, resources and tools to assist in fulfilling the compliance responsibilities credit union professionals face on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

The conference will cover:

  • Setting up an annual compliance calendar
  • Tips for dealing with new regulations
  • Online and offline compliance resources
  • Compliance training by functional area... aka sharing the wealth (or pain) with others
  • Required policies and programs

The conference will be led by Mary-Lou Heighes, CUCE, president and founder of Compliance Plus, Inc.

To register or learn more, please click here, or to view the audio conference details online, visit https://www.tcul.coop/comp_council_training.html. The fee is $25 for Compliance Council members and $50 for non-members (includes 2013 TCUL Compliance Council membership).

For questions, please contact Emily Moreno at 800-442-5762 ext. 6483 or emoreno@tcul.coop.
