Registration is now open for an intermediate level ACH Boot Camp that focuses on today's rapidly changing payments environment and heightened regulatory concerns. The event takes place in Dallas, Texas, Sept. 24-25.

Session Overview:

  • Be prepared to do it the right way… the ACH Operating Rules way! Seasoned veterans will walk away from this two-day intensive boot camp prepared to capture the ACH world head on.
  • Dig through new rules and compliance issues.
  • Master the challenge of current-day trends.
  • Mitigate the risk-management enemy in all its forms.
  • Promote best practices for managing your relationships with originating customers.
  • Identify the risks, warranties, and liabilities involved with occupying the role of the ODFI in the ACH network.
  • Gain insight for the development of ACH policies and procedures needed to operate an effective and profitable ACH origination service.
  • Learn why ACH origination agreements are critical to your success and what issues should be addressed within the agreement.
  • Find out how to gain buy-in for your ACH origination service from various stakeholders—it all starts at the top.
  • Learn what should, at a minimum, be included as part of your underwriting standards and what message your standards convey.
