Permian Chapter Meeting
Tuesday, October 16, 2018 6:30 PM

Team building is a collective term for various types of activities used to enhance social relations and define roles within your credit union, often involving collaborative tasks. Team building is also about providing the skills, training and resources that your people need, so that they can work in harmony. But, to be truly effective, it needs to be a continual process, embedded into your team and organization's culture. Please join us for a meeting of activities where you will analyze and learn how you can improve to balance self-reflection. Please join us and find out, "Who are you?".

Dinner will start: 6:00pm - 6:30pm - Josys Grill

Cost: $25.00 per person

Meeting: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Location: Complex Community FCU

Topic: "Who are you in the work place"?

The best teams benefit from team building exercises. This is a great way to improve communication, morale, motivation, productivity, and it helps employees to get to know each other better, and learning about one’s strengths and weaknesses. Take a deeper look into your identity through the activities and do some self-reflection.
