Once upon a time, your credit union’s biggest risk of identity theft was someone diving into your dumpsters, and the biggest risk of plastic card compromise was somebody writing the PIN number on their card. Those were the days! The financial services world has become so much more complex in the last decade, and as a result, your fraud-fighting tools need updating. New technologies, players, products, services, and even member preferences play roles in the increasing risk of fraud.

Join veteran credit union attorney and fraud hunter David Reed as he discusses the changing landscape of fraud and uncovers the tools, technology and tips you need to stay up to date and well prepared.

This webinar will cover:

  • New fraud trends and techniques
  • Electronic channel fraud
  • Card fraud evolution since EMV
  • Remote fraud-from shared branching to indirect lending
  • Best practices for fraud control
