U.S. Senator James Lankford (R-OK) recently paid a visit to the Oklahoma Credit Union Association offices in Oklahoma City where he was presented with a CULAC campaign contribution.

This is Lankford’s first reelection campaign after winning his seat in a special election to fill the unexpired term of Sen. Tom Coburn.

Two Libertarians are among those challenging the freshman senator. It is the first Libertarian primary in Oklahoma state history.

Lankford currently sits on the Senate Appropriations Committee, the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, the Select Committee on Intelligence, and the Committee on Indian Affairs.
