OK's Credit Union House Hosts Meeting of Republican Party Officials

CU House Meeting

The Oklahoma Credit Union House recently hosted a high-level meeting of state Republican Party officials. Gov. Mary Fallin, incoming Speaker of the House Charles McCall and Senate Appropriations Chair Greg Treat met with county chairmen and other party activists to discuss the upcoming elections and the 2017 Legislative Session.

Oklahoma Association President Nate Webb says the Credit Union House continues to be an important asset in Oklahoma’s advocacy efforts. “Over the past two years, we have made a concerted effort to promote the Credit Union House as a premier bipartisan facility for political fundraisers and meetings with our federal delegations and other elected officials," said Webb. "Each time one of these key policy makers walk through our doors, we make sure they leave knowing a little bit more about credit unions than they did when they arrived.”
