This two-day program is open to credit union CEOs, strategic planning officers and board chairs. While the event is being held in November, online registration has already opened. Opening the New Ideas Forum is Tansley Stearns from the Filene Research Institute. Stearns will share ideas for innovation implementation during her presentation titled, “Execution: From Innovation to Implementation.” With more than 14 years of credit union leadership experience across a variety of functional areas, she knows how to help an organization move ideas forward to drive business results. She has a passion for learning, creating, and executing.

Other featured presenters include Anne Legg of Third Degree, who will present, “Innovate or Die,” and closing session presenter Marc Schaefer, president and CEO of Truliant FCU. Schaefer will address how to build an innovation culture in a highly regulated institution.
