New Compliance Audio Conference: Subpoenas, Liens, and Levies
Thursday, August 25, 2016 6:25 AM

Credit Unions are subjected frequently, if not daily, to various writs, subpoenas, levies, and other processes served upon them by attorneys, other financial institutions, and state and federal governmental entities. Failure to respond in timely fashion and in keeping with the directives of each document served upon them can subject the credit union to liability, sometimes severe.

This special compliance audio conference will examine the types of process that may be placed into your hands, the appropriate timely response required in each instance, and the exposure to penalties and other liability that the credit union may face for non-compliance.

Date:  Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016
Time: 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. (Central Time)

Cost:   $25 for members
$50 for nonmembers (includes 2016 Compliance Council membership)
