We encourage participants to attend both days of training for the maximum learning experience. Some topics may overlap both days with different approaches.
Those involved in originating, application, processing, closing and servicing home equity and/or residential real estate lending. In addition, this training is very beneficial for those in quality control, underwriting and compliance auditing, no matter what level of expertise.

Wallace has over 25 years in the mortgage business working as a mortgage loan officer, a construction loan officer, performed appraisals for residential mortgages, and serving as a branch manager. Wallace joined CU Members Mortgage as a loan officer in March of 1996 and became National Training Manager in 2002, a position he currently holds. In addition to overseeing the training department he also oversees internet origination platforms for both the Direct and Correspondent Division’s of CU Members Mortgage. He has written several articles for Credit Union periodicals and is often asked to speak at CUREN and credit union league functions.
Wallace is married with 4 children, has a passion for golf and in his spare time enjoys training credit union employees!

Walk-ins accommodated on a space available basis. Your investment includes instruction, extensive handouts, continental breakfast, networking lunch, and two refreshment breaks.
Substitutions are always welcome. Registration fee refunds (less a $50 processing fee per person/per seminar) are granted for cancellations received in writing two weeks prior to the seminar.
Locations with less than twenty (20) registrants two weeks out may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, all registrants will be notified.
The Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation is accepting grant applications for League training events based on financial need. Applications must be received by application deadlines.
