We encourage participants to attend both days of training for the maximum learning experience. Some topics may overlap both days with different approaches.

In addition, this training is very beneficial for those in quality control, underwriting and compliance auditing, no matter what level of expertise. Kimberly Lindquist

Kimberly Lundquist, President of FIC Conferences, is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. She has spent the better part of her career specializing in training others in all aspects of federal regulatory residential real estate compliance. Having been with FIC since early 1982, Kimberly has conducted a great deal of the research support which has been essential to real life application of the regulations!

*Cornerstone’s Lending Council has launched a new initiative aimed at the first 20 Lending Council members to register for the Residential Real Estate Compliance and Mortgage Lending Seminar on April 21-22 in Houston. The initiative was created to cover the cost of one day of the two-day seminar. Attendance on both days is recommended to get the most out of the training, but Lending Council members who opt to attend both days will be responsible for the second day.

Registrant Cancellation Policy

Substitutions are always welcome. Registration fee refunds (less a $50 processing fee per person/per day) are granted for cancellations received in writing two weeks prior to the seminar.

Seminar Cancellation Policy

Locations with less than twenty (20) registrants two weeks out may be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, all registrants will be notified.
