'15 Minutes in the Economy'
Whether you are only doing home equity lending or long term mortgages, everyone will be required to conform to the new federal regulatory requirements for the RESPA/TILA integrated disclosures August 1st! This 2 day seminar is designed to connect the dots from pre-application to the closing table, Reg B to Z!
We encourage participants to attend both days of training for the maximum learning experience. Some topics may overlap both days with different approaches.
Those involved in originating, application, processing, closing and servicing home equity and/or residential real estate lending will find our 2 day “hands-on” seminar uniquely suited for their needs. In addition, this training is very beneficial for those in quality control, underwriting and compliance auditing, no matter what level of expertise. Members can participate in any training location offered.
