Learn the major characteristics of this target demographic, what makes them different than Millennials, how to reach them and how to become Gen Z’s first financial institution.

About Sara Pomish

Sara Pomish is an experienced advertising and marketing strategist, with cross-channel and multi-category expertise and extensive market research experience. In her current role as Director of Brand Planning at Duffey Petrosky, Sara leads the strategic planning process and is charged with mining the consumer insights which inform her clients’ strategies.  Sara works closely with CU Solutions Group and FocusIQ, a joint venture between CUSG and Duffey Petrosky, created to specifically serve credit union partners and offer best-in-class marketing solutions for credit unions of all sizes across the country.

With a background that includes similar roles at agencies like Campbell-Ewald, Doner Advertising, Leo Burnett and Young & Rubicam (Team Detroit/GTB), her experience crosses a diverse list of categories, with specialization in financial services and health care.  She has also brought her talents to bear in other types of businesses, including consumer packaged goods, non-profit, and retail. Her client roster has included category-leading brands such as Progressive Insurance, Ford Motor Company and General Motors, as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Karmanos Cancer Institute.

Sara has extensively researched generational cohorts, and counts having two millennial children as live-in research subjects.
