Compliance & Audit Conference

Do you know what the top legal and compliance issues are that face credit unions in 2018? What you don't know can hurt you. Join your colleagues Aug. 8-10 in Oklahoma City for the Cornerstone Credit Union League's Compliance and Audit Conference, and find out what might be lurking in the land of "I didn't know that" before it can cause trouble for your credit union.

Attorney Todd Sherpy will lead an insightful and informative session about what regulators are assessing, along with the broader issues of risks posed by real world factors (members, attorneys, and general bad guys). Sherpy will address ADA accessibility, ODP enforcement and litigation, top BSA/OFAC issues, leftovers from CFPB vs. Navy Federal Credit Union, FCRA exposures and risks and how to manage them, and keeping UDAAP in mind at all times. Most importantly, Sherpy will address how to mitigate risks.
