Keathley says the biggest challenge to credit unions right now is staying current with the latest technology. The consumer expects that their credit unions will stay current with their needs, not the needs or budget of the credit union. One of Keathley's philosophies is to align the brand with the place and the culture to deliver consistently across all channels. The "place" is both physical and digital, so it must serve the customers. He also says credit unions need to invest in people and training, so they're leveraging their investment.
