Member service representatives, branch managers, tellers, and basically anyone who opens accounts and documents accounts…mark your calendar as the Cornerstone Credit Union League has scheduled a Compliance Review seminar Sept. 18 in Little Rock, Ark. Opening share accounts is the focus of the one-day program.
Presented by well-known trainer Deborah Crawford, the seminar covers all the rules regarding opening accounts in Arkansas. During this seminar, Crawford will address all the documentation, IRS reporting and account card issues for 30 plus types of accounts. She’ll also cover information about types of identification like the Matrícula Consular, visas, gun permits and other areas of interest to credit unions.
Additionally, some new accounts have been added this year, including the Veteran’s Account and minor account alone.
Credit unions will find additional information on the Compliance Review seminar on Cornerstone’s website. If you have any questions, please contact Training & Events, at (469) 385-6630 or (800) 442-5762, ext. 6630
