Make Plans to Attend the Fall Compliance Review Seminar

If you are a compliance officer, membership service representative, branch manager, trainer, or share compliance personnel, you know how important it is to keep your credit union in compliance with existing and new regulations. Stay up to date by attending the Cornerstone Compliance Review Seminar. The seminar will address:

  • Changes in the new FFIEC BSA AML examination manual;
  • Proposed customer due diligence rules and how they will affect business account opening procedures;
  • Regulation CC and changes pending;
  • Overdraft programs;
  • Running a complaint management program and UDAAP; and
  • Discussions on virtual currency, online account opening, and writing scripts for new accounts.

  • Color-coded copy of the FFIEC BSA AML examination manual with changes highlighted;
  • Business account handbook for the proposed due diligence rules;
  • Handout on complaint management;
  • Handout on overdraft programs; and
  • A 175-page handout to use during the program.
