Allegiance Credit Union's Lynn Pahdoco was named Employee of the Year at the credit union's annual Christmas banquet, which took place Dec. 10.

Pahdoco began her career at the Oklahoma City-based credit union 12 years ago, after she retired from 33 years of service at various federal agencies. Currently, Pahdoco shines as a member service representative in the Member Services Department.

Colleagues and credit union members describe her as a “beautiful spirit” with “a positive attitude,” making her “such a pleasure to work with.” In addition, Pahdoco is a consistent volunteer at various ACU events, including the Oklahoma Memorial Marathon.

Pahdoco is the mother of two daughters and an avid OU fan, the pianist at Northside Christian Church, and a Stars Volunteer for the Oklahoma City Civic Center.

About Allegiance Credit Union
Allegiance Credit Union, formally Federal Employees Credit Union (FECU), was chartered in February 1963. It was originally located in the basement of the Federal Courthouse and then moved into the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. April 19, 1995, changed lives drastically as the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building had been bombed and 33 employees drastically turned into 15. In February 2002, Federal Employees Credit Union became a community charter, allowing membership from the six counties surrounding Oklahoma City; thus changing the name to Allegiance Credit Union on May 1, 2003.
