Longtime Linkage CU Leader Announces Retirement
Monday, March 5, 2018 6:50 AM

Marva Frazier

On Feb. 25, Linkage Credit Union held its 87th Annual Meeting of the Members at Red Men Hall in Waco, Texas. During the meeting, longtime President/CEO Marva Frazier announced her retirement, effective June 29, 2018.

Frazier has successfully led Linkage Credit Union for 20 years and has been in the banking and credit union business for some 47 years. Although the credit union members present at the annual meeting were reportedly surprised by Frazier's announcement, they were excited with the announcement of her successor.

Frazier's longtime second in command, Mandy Holle, will assume the CEO position June 29. She has been with the credit union for 17 years. Holle is a graduate of Tarleton State University and Southwest CUNA Management School, Class of 2006.

The Waco-based credit union was chartered in April 1931. Known originally as Waco Texas Federal Employees Credit Union, over time the credit union changed its name, first to Postal Employees Credit Union, then Waco Postal Credit Union, and finally to Linkage Credit Union in January of 2012. The credit union has $14 million in assets and serves persons who reside, work, worship, or go to school in McClennan County, as well as specific employers and families in the area.
