Leaning in Without Falling Over: Women and the Workplace
Monday, July 10, 2017 6:30 AM

Cornerstone President/CEO Caroline Willard to Keynote at Women's Leadership Conference

Caroline WillardThis year's Women's Leadership Conference features a dynamic list of speakers to help you improve the balance and bridge the gap between your life and your career. The final highlight of the event will be Cornerstone Credit Union League's Caroline Willard.

Willard's talk is called “Leaning in Without Falling Over: Women and the Workplace.” As the chief executive at the credit union movement’s largest regional league, Willard wants to make her gender a non-issue. She believes that women are especially well suited to be leaders in a movement that is ripe for innovation, empathy, and coalition building. She also believes that women aren’t alone in finding it difficult to balance career and family concerns, and that we need to confidently ask for the support, compensation, and authority to achieve our goals.

Join us for the 2017 Women's Leadership Conference, July 24-25, 2017, in Frisco, Texas, and take advantage of the opportunity hear Willard speak first hand.
