Dallas CU Gives 3 Scholarships to Dallas-Area H.S. Seniors

CDFI Fund Announces $39M in Grants to CUs Serving Low-Income Communities

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) on Tuesday announced grants and loans to 265 organizations totaling $171 million. Fifty-five credit unions were given CDFI awards this year for a total of $39.4 million. The total amount of funding directed to the credit union industry since the inception of the CDFI Fund is $291 million.

Foundation Seeking Board Nominations for 3 Board Seats

Volunteers may generally serve up to three terms of the duration of the term of office in the seat for which they are selected, as long as they are re-nominated by the Foundation Nominations Committee and re-elected by the Foundation board.
