Texas AG announces settlement with Neiman Marcus over data breach

Attorney General Ken Paxton announced a $1.5 million 43-state settlement with Dallas-based Neiman Marcus, resolving an investigation into a data breach disclosed in January 2014. Texas will receive $95,000 for attorneys’ fees and cost.
