Oklahoma’s new governor Kevin Stiff kicked off the state’s 2019 legislative session Monday. Stitt, a first-time officeholder, addressed a legislature comprising a record number of freshman as he outlined his priorities during his first State-of-the-State address.

CFPB adds resources for HMDA data reporting

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Friday published resources on Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data reporting for data collected in 2019. The Reportable HMDA Data: A Regulatory and Reporting Overview Reference Chart for Data Collected in 2019 is intended as a reference tool for data points required under Regulation C, which implements HMDA.
