20 Percent of CU Jobs Are Devoted to Compliance

A 2017 study, conducted by Cornerstone Advisors, finds that among the nation’s credit unions regulatory burden costs have increased by $800 million in just the last two years and that one in every five credit union employees are devoted to regulatory compliance.

J.T. Stanberry, a long-time Tulsan, director on the board for Dowell Federal Credit Union, and long-time credit union leader, passed away peacefully at Clarehouse on May 14, 2018, following a brief illness. He was three days shy of his 85th birthday.

NCUA’s Streamlined CDFI Process Available for CUs June 4–22
