  • $1,999 - Standard Booth Fee
  • $2,199 - Premium Booth Fee (corner location)

If booth is purchased after July 15, 2014, payment by credit card (VISA, MC or AMEX), is required.

Additional Exhibitor Registration

Two (2) complimentary full registrations are included with each booth fee.

  • Additional booth personnel may register in advance for $200 through July 15, 2014.
  • After July 15 and on-site, the additional badge fee is $250 each for expo hall only.
  • A full conference registration (includes education) is $450 regardless of date.

A maximum of four (4) persons per booth allowed at one time.

There is no refund for cancellations of additional exhibitor registrants. Prices are subject to change.

Mail your payment to: Cornerstone Credit Union League, Janine McBee - Leadership Expo, 4455 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1100, Farmers Branch, TX 75244-5998. Full payment and complete online contract are required by Tuesday, July 15, 2014 or your reserved booth will be released. Upon receipt of the contract and payment, confirmation of the booth space assigned will be sent via email. If booth is purchased after July 15, 2014, payment by credit card (VISA, MC or AMEX) is required.

Booth Cancellation
All cancellations must be made to the Exhibits Manager. If notification is received on or before July 15, 2014, all monies less a $300 administrative fee per booth, will be refunded. Cancellations received July 16, 2014 until August 1, 2014, 50% of monies will be refunded. Cancellations received after Friday, August 1, 2014, obligates exhibitor to full payment of the rental and forfeiture of all monies paid. No refunds will be made after Friday, August 1, 2014. There are no refunds for additional badges or marketing opportunities.
