Last Chance to Register for OKC Compliance Review Seminar

Two more days until the Compliance Review Seminar in Oklahoma City, and the good news is there's still time to make arrangements to attend.

If you are a compliance officer, membership service representative, branch manager, trainer, or share compliance personnel, you'll greatly benefit from this seminar. This seminar will address:

  • Changes in the new FFIEC BSA AML examination manual;
  • Proposed customer due diligence rules and how they will affect business account opening procedures;
  • Regulation CC and changes pending;
  • Overdraft programs;
  • Running a complaint management program and UDAAP; and

  • Handout on overdraft programs; and
  • A 175-page handout to use during the program.
