Monday, July 6, 2015 6:30 AM

Leaders in Motion

This year's Leadership Conference and Expo, appropriately themed "Leaders in Motion," takes place at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on Sept. 10-12. This conference is one of the premier events for credit unions around the Cornerstone region and offers a multitude of high-value takeaways for your entire staff.

Register now.

How about a taste of the top-notch keynoters Cornerstone is providing your credit union?

First up, Lee Wetherington from ProfitStars shows you why "innovation ain't what it used to be." Wetherington will demonstrate what it takes to innovate successfully in financial services and what you need to know to assess risk accurately, focus resources smartly, and increase your credit union's probability for success in the new era of mobile and big data.

Ty Bennett, author of The Power of Influence, will share his philosophies and tools for making an impact as a leader by using influence and integrity to engage and inspire others.

Also, Alan Fine from InsideOut Development has honed a unique "inside-out" approach to performance improvement. In his session, Fine shows you how to unlock confidence in your ability, high energy, and passion, and focus your attention on the things that really matter.

New for 2015 are the T-3 Roundtables. In this dynamic session, led by Cornerstone Vice President of Training and Events Tamra Fairbrother, attendees will give credit union trainers a chance to showcase their best practices in training, adult learning, and presentation skills.
