InTouch CU Matches Member Donations for Cell Phones for Soldiers
Wednesday, December 3, 2014 6:55 AM

During the holidays, it can be especially difficult for soldiers to be so far away from their families. InTouch Credit Union, in Plano, Texas, is doing its part to help soldiers stay in touch.

With $817 million in assets, InTouch will match member donations to Cell Phones for Soldiers (CPFS) up to $2,500. CPFS provides calling cards to active duty military members.

Since 2004, CPFS has provided more than 210 million free minutes to troops and vets. Many institutions run holiday campaigns for CPFS that include matching by the organization. You can help by donating a phone to any InTouch branch location or donate online with "ITCU" in the "Company Name" field.

Donations through InTouch CU are being accepted through Dec. 19, 2014.
