This session includes research linking employee satisfaction and performance, as well as easy-to-implement activities that require minimal time or financial investment.

About Susie Wolbe

Dr. Susie Wolbe was a classroom teacher in both public and private schools before serving as K-8 principal in a private school for fourteen years. She currently works with adults and children in both group and individual settings teaching mindfulness strategies, combined with basic brain science, showing how they work together to lower stress and anxiety, and can lead to the quickest path for greater successes. She is a continuing education provider for the state of Texas.

Dr. Wolbe has used mindfulness strategies to learn how to manage life’s sometimes- overwhelming demands and is now committed to helping other people do the same. She shares mindfulness strategies that directly relate to increasing professional employee satisfaction that can then lead to improved job performance.
