Participants are encouraged to attend both days of training for the maximum learning experience. Some topics may overlap both days with different approaches.

Those involved in originating, application, processing, closing and servicing home equity and/or residential real estate lending. In addition, this training is beneficial to those in quality control, underwriting, and compliance auditing, no matter what level of expertise.

Wallace JonesYour Presenter
Wallace Jones, national training manager for CU Members Mortgage, has more than 25 years in the mortgage business as a mortgage loan officer and a construction loan officer. He also performed appraisals for residential mortgages and served as a branch manager. In addition to overseeing the training department, he also oversees internet origination platforms for both the direct and correspondent divisions of CU Members Mortgage.
