Alicia Steindorf is manager of Blended Learning at Credit Union National Association where she is responsible for designing and developing content for online and face-to-face education delivered to credit union staff. With 15 years in the credit union movement, Steindorf has expertise in e-learning, classroom facilitation, instructional design, project management, and branch operations.
