In today's world, interaction between credit union personnel and their members hinge on increasingly fewer opportunities. Frontline staff, MSRs, lending staff and supervisors all represent the credit union brand. Participants will learn how actively listening and the importance of "Wow" is today.
This is not a lecture workshop, participants will engage with each other through interactive exercises applying what they learn.
This full day workshop would be valuable for all levels of staff, including frontline staff, MSRs, Lending Staff, Branch Managers, and Supervisors.
