Filene Releases New Graphic for Capturing the Hearts of Gen Z

While engaging Gen Y has been a priority for credit unions in the last 10 years, it’s not too early to start thinking about capturing Gen Z'ers as loyal members. Gen Z is made up of millions of Americans born in the mid-2000s to present day. Recognizing their importance is the first step. However, what distinguishes Gen Z from their predecessors, Gen Y?
