Filene: Loyal Customers Buy 14 Percent More Products than Non-Loyal Customers

Results from Filene's 20-month pilot with Larky show promising ways to engage members and increase loyalty through location-based discounts via mobile.

A new impact brief summarizes pilot results from participating credit unions including Christian Financial Credit Union, Goldenwest Credit Union, and Summit Credit Union and finds:

  • Credit card penetration increased 5 percent among participating credit unions
  • Debit card interchange and penetration saw a marginal increase with participating credit unions 
  • Larky helped grow community and small business connections
