Filene Launches Digital Strategies Program to Enhance Online Sales

Filene Research Institute and leading digital strategy research firm, Novarica, will help credit unions adapt to consumers’ changing shopping behaviors with its new Digital Strategies program, a solution designed to enhance credit unions’ online sales. Credit unions interested in learning more about Digital Strategies can sign up for a free informational webinar Aug. 28.

This program comes at a time when 50 percent of consumers report searching exclusively online for financial services products, according to Filene research. And, mobile searches for banking terms increased by 20 times in the last three years. Selling online is crucial for credit unions’ entire delivery channel systems.

 “Our research shows that online is now the primary research and shopping channel for a majority of consumers,” said Jason Milesko, chief impact officer at Filene. “We want to enable credit unions to quickly adapt to consumers’ changing shopping behaviors, give them tactics to improve online visibility, and make their online shopping experience effortless for consumers.”
