FAA Credit Union Celebrates National CU Youth Month with Coloring Contest
Tuesday, April 12, 2016 6:50 AM

April is National Credit Union Youth Month. To celebrate, FAA Credit Union is having "Pump Up the Savings" coloring contest for its young members. Kids in three age categories will have the opportunity to showcase their coloring skills and earn a $100 prize deposit to their FAA Credit Union Savings account.

Entrants must submit an official entry form, which can be found on the website. The deadline for entering the contest is Friday, April 29.

The Credit Union National Association created the theme for this year's National Credit Union Youth Month, which is "Credit Union Strong: "Pump Up Your Savings." FAA Credit Union supports youths and offers saving accounts designed to help them develop good financial practices.

April is also Financial Literacy Month and the credit union is featuring useful financial tips via its social media channels throughout the month.

For more information about the "Pump Up the Savings" coloring contest, please visit faaecu.org for coloring sheets, official entry form and rules.

This is just one more way FAA CU is serving the community. With headquarters in Oklahoma City and seven branches in the greater Oklahoma City area, FAA CU has been serving members for 70 years. Today, the credit union has 50,000 members in Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, Oklahoma, and Pottawatomie counties. Membership is open to anyone who resides, works, worships, or attends school in our eight-county service area. FAA CU has assets in excess of $580 million. To learn more, please visit faaecu.org.
