Early Bird Deadline Nears for Deposit Regulation Update—Compliance Review Seminar

2015 brings new challenges for credit unions on the federal side with regulatory changes and updates. The Compliance Review Seminar focuses on the hot spots for deposit/share operations of the credit union. Participants will examine UDAAP, Regulation CC holds, prepaid cards, remote deposit capture, third-party vendor management, and virtual branches. If it is happening in 2015, this conference will address it.

The seminar will address:

  • Changes in the new FFIEC BSA AML examination manual;
  • Proposed customer due diligence rules and how they will affect business account opening procedures;
  • Regulation CC and changes pending;
  • Overdraft programs;
  • Running a complaint management program and UDAAP; and
  • Discussions on virtual currency, online account opening, and writing scripts for new accounts.

All attendees will receive a CD containing the following:

  • Color-coded copy of the FFIEC BSA AML examination manual with changes highlighted;
  • Business account handbook for the proposed due diligence rules;
  • Handout on complaint management;
  • Handout on overdraft programs; and
  • A 175-page handout to use during the program.
