Throughout 2016, a number of Mortgage Lending Seminars will be offered in the Cornerstone region. First up, Oklahoma City on May 24-25. Save money by registering before the early bird deadline of March 28.

Day One Topics

  • Regulatory topics and NCUA/CFPB audits
  • Self-employed borrower underwriting

Participants are encouraged to attend both days of training for the maximum learning experience. Some topics may overlap both days with different approaches.

Who Should Attend?

Those involved in originating, application, processing, closing and servicing home equity and/or residential real estate lending. In addition, this training is beneficial to those in quality control, underwriting, and compliance auditing, no matter what level of expertise.

Your Presenter

Wallace Jones, national training manager for CU Members Mortgage, has more than 25 years in the mortgage business as a mortgage loan officer and a construction loan officer. He also performed appraisals for residential mortgages and served as a branch manager. In addition to overseeing the training department, he also oversees internet origination platforms for both the direct and correspondent divisions of CU Members Mortgage.
