‘Driving Forward in Times of Change’ Focus of Closing Session at Upcoming Compliance, Audit & HR Conference
Monday, April 29, 2013 10:00 AM

Credit union professionals are constantly being challenged by new business methods, as well as industry and regulatory changes. While change within your organization can feel like a battle, that doesn’t mean you have to fight it.

Ed Robinson will present “Change Management: From Fighting the Storm to Dancing in the Rain” at the closing session of Texas Credit Union League’s (TCUL) Compliance, Audit & Human Resources Conference in Austin. During the session, Robinson will share fundamental strategies to help you dance through all the storms in your life, including:

  • Taking responsibility and ownership
  • Not being a victim of change
  • Being a professional
  • Focusing on the purpose of your job, career and life

Participants of this program will learn:

  • Formulas for success
  • Attributes of professionalism
  • Keys to personal success and self-motivation
  • The power of an energetic infusion of targeted confidence

The theme for this year’s Compliance, Audit & Human Resources Conference is navigating the System. The three-day conference, taking place June 19-21 in Austin, is designed to empower attendees with the tools and information needed to broaden their knowledge, develop their unique skill sets and expand their professional network.
