Deadline Extended to Nominate a CU Volunteer of the Year
Monday, April 24, 2017 6:35 AM

Do you know someone who's been an outstanding volunteer this last year? We're betting you do! And here's your opportunity to do something about it—not just think about it or thank them, but let others know how great the volunteer is. And great news: the deadline for submitting your nomination has been extended to this Friday, April 28.

Submit your nomination now using the Volunteer of the Year nomination form.

The purpose of the Cornerstone Credit Union League’s Volunteer of the Year Award is to recognize accomplishments, time devoted, and effort in support and promotion of the credit union movement by volunteers.

The recipient will be recognized at the Volunteers Forum on June 8-10 in New Orleans.

The Volunteer of the Year nominee must be a volunteer of a Cornerstone-affiliated credit union and a non-paid credit union volunteer.

Nomination Procedures
Any Cornerstone-affiliated credit union or chapter may nominate individuals for this award. Nomination may be made without regard to credit union or chapter boundaries. Complete the nomination form with as much background data as can be obtained. Letters of support are not required, but recommended.

Entries for this award are due by Friday, April 28, 2017. If you have any questions, please contact Brandon Walker at 469-385-6426 or 800-442-5762 ext. 6426. You may also email
