Cy-Fair FCU Collaboration Intro's New Video Tellers to Hilarious Effect
Monday, February 27, 2017 6:55 AM

Recently, Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union partnered with Cy-Fair Independent School District’s Cinema Program to develop what turned out to be a highly entertaining and hilarious video promoting the credit union's new virtual teller machines.

Through the partnership with the Cinema Program, local high-school students had an opportunity to get hands-on story-telling experience and show off their acting, producing, lighting, and sound-capture talents. Several Cy-Fair employees and CFISD teachers were also involved.

"What started as a video project to simply introduce our new video teller drive-thru lanes at the credit union grew into a creative collaboration and a farcical story line that we could never have dreamed of," said Cy-Fair President/CEO Cameron Dickey. "The students have worked very hard on this project, and we are excited to share their work with all of our colleagues and community friends."

Dickey gave a Grade-A performance in the video and seems to have discovered some talents of his own.

"Clearly, our CEO has a good sense of humor to let the students put him in all of these funny situations,” said Shawn Orthober, VP of Marketing and Business Development.  “We are asking everyone that enjoys the video to please consider sharing it with friends, other credit unions, co-workers, and family."

Cy-Fair has enjoyed an ongoing relationship with Cy-Fair ISD since 1956.

Cornerstone is happy to share this fun video, which you can watch below.
