CUs Asked to Participate in Cornerstone's Compensation Survey
Friday, June 13, 2014 7:00 AM

Within the next week to 10 days, all members of the Cornerstone Credit Union League will receive an invitation to participate in the League’s 2014 Compensation Survey. Credit unions are strongly urged to participate in the survey. Solid participation is essential in order to produce a survey that benefits all credit unions, regardless of asset size.

This year’s survey will reflect detailed salary data on 57 credit union positions (up from 45 in 2013), presented in regional, asset, tenure, and city-size breakouts. The survey will also cover issues such as employee turnover, staffing metrics, bonuses, incentives, fringe benefits, bank salary comparisons and national averages. Finally, it will compare staffing composition against industry and Census data. We anticipate release of the results by Mid-August.

The information credit unions supply will be both anonymous and confidential. Completed questionnaires will be shredded once data entry is complete and totals are verified, and the on-line entry form will be erased.
