CUNA, Cornerstone Ask for Help to Better Communicate with Elected Officials
Wednesday, August 26, 2015 6:50 AM

CUNA and the Cornerstone League need your help to better communicate with elected officials. Moving legislation has become increasingly complex on Capitol Hill as well as in the state legislatures. In this environment, we’ve learned that who a message comes from is as important as the message itself.

Through a brief survey called the RAP (Relationships, Advocability, and Political Capital) Index, we are working to identify high-quality advocates who have relationships with elected officials. This survey asks 15 questions and only takes a few minutes to complete. Think as broadly as possible when filling out this survey to identify your contacts, from being in Kiwanis with Congressman Smith to your neighbor being the state director for Sen. Brown.

The information you provide in this survey is extremely valuable as we work to provide the best advocacy on behalf of credit unions at the national and state level. CUNA asks that you complete the survey by Tuesday, Sept. 15.
