Nancy Croix Stroud

The Small Credit Union Achiever's Award was designed to recognize the exemplary efforts of credit union professionals dedicated to serving credit unions under $50 million in assets. At Cornerstone's 2017 Annual Meeting, attendees honored this year's winner, Nancy Croix-Stroud from First Class American Credit Union in Fort Worth.

Croix-Stroud has been a pioneer in many aspects of the credit union industry. She's not afraid to face any challenge you can throw at her, and it's said that to work for this individual, you must really be on your game. She's been very involved with the Small Credit Union Committee, Cornerstone Chapters, and Children's Miracle Network.

She's also been a league board member, has numerous professional certifications, and has earned the admiration and respect of her credit union peers, staff, and community.

"It is humbling and an honor to be recognized by my peers for this prestigious award," said Croix-Stroud. "I have been very fortunate and blessed to have had the opportunities in my career to be mentored by some of the great leaders in our industry. I had the opportunity to have worked at some progressive credit unions and to have helped bring life back to other credit unions. I am fortunate to have a board of directors that encourages and allows me to expand my career, learn, and share that knowledge, and fortunate to have had a husband and family that encouraged my career and celebrates my successes."

Cornerstone is thrilled to offer congratulations to this year's winner of the Small Credit Union Achiever's Award, Nancy Croix-Stroud.
