This is an exciting opportunity for YPs to learn firsthand from seasoned credit union CEOs, and for the Crash CEOs to learn about the many initiatives of the Cornerstone Young Professionals.

According to Mike Delker, Cornerstone’s senior vice president of Credit Union Relations, "The Reverse Crash program is a new and innovative method to foster additional collaboration between the YPs and more experienced credit union professionals and compliments the Cornerstone Leadership Conference Crash event as well."

CEO Crashers will attend the full conference and participate in additional breakout sessions with YPs, and also serve on a panel highlighting the path to their current positions. They will have many opportunities to share their passion for the movement and dialogue regarding the advancement of young leaders and what's in store for the future.
