Cornerstone Wants to Honor Your Highest Achievers
Monday, February 2, 2015 6:50 AM

While many unsung credit union achievers walk among us today, some stand out just a little more the rest, and, as a result, others tend to follow their exemplary lead. Do you know someone like that in your credit union? Someone who's earned the right to be recognized for going far beyond the baseline of expectations?

Cornerstone wants to recognize those who stand out, so here's your opportunity to nominate that person for special appreciation. Credit unions in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas may nominate individuals for the 2014 Professional of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and Small Credit Union Achiever of the Year awards.

The Credit Union Professional and Volunteer of the Year Awards are designed to recognize the accomplishments, time, and efforts of credit union employees and volunteers who actively support and promote the credit union movement.

The Small Credit Union Achiever's Award is designed to recognize accomplishments, time, and efforts of credit union professionals dedicated to serving credit unions under $50 million in assets.

To be eligible, the Credit Union Professional and Small CU Achiever nominees must be paid credit union employees from Cornerstone-affiliated credit unions. The Volunteer of the Year nominee must be a volunteer of a Cornerstone-affiliated credit union and a non-paid credit union volunteer.

Cornerstone's deadline for accepting nominations for all three awards is Feb. 20, 2015. Recipients of all awards will be recognized at Cornerstone’s Annual Meeting & Expo on April 8-10 in Austin.
